Professional Home Inspections originated 56 years ago, in the summer of 1965, by Joseph Perri, P.E., a Professional Structural Engineer. Joseph’s youngest son, Richard, followed in his father’s footsteps, joining his father in 1992.
Richard Perri is a Licensed Professional Home Inspector. He has over 32 years of experience, having performed thousands of home and building inspections throughout the New York City Metropolitan area, including some of the city’s most notable properties.
Richard is a recognized authority on New York City brownstones, townhouses, and landmarked buildings. He is also a member of the New York State Association of Home Inspectors.
