Overview

A home inspection is a complete and comprehensive assessment of the structural and mechanical components of your prospective property. It includes the structural integrity of the exterior walls, foundations, structural framing, plumbing, heating, and electrical systems, structural damage caused by termites and water penetration, asbestos, windows, roofing, grading, chimneys, and fireplaces.

We highly recommend that all of our clients attend their inspection. One of the most valued aspects of our service is the time Mr. Perri spends with each client during their consultation, describing the deficiencies he finds and familiarizing the client with how the building “works.” Ample time is allotted to discuss the feasibility of future projects, such as relocating kitchens and bathrooms, removing walls, etc.

Our clients receive a checklist at the end of the inspection. On the following business day, our clients receive their comprehensive type-written narrative report (via e-mail or fax).

Whether to purchase or not purchase a property can be an extremely difficult decision. We are here for you, and field follow-up phone calls until the time you are comfortable with your decision, whether to purchase or not to purchase.
